Summer
|
November-March |
Bring
out the tanning lotion and umbrella. During this season,
Stellenbosch can record temperatures in the mid to upper 30°
Celcius, and this coupled to high humidity and clear skies brings
about a mediteranian climate. The beaches are about 20-30km from
Stellenbosch, and usually packed during the holiday season.

Autumn
|
March-June |
Welcome
to the windy season. Although a rainy day might occur, the sunny
days usually bring 20-something temperatures with winds gusting up
to 60km/h. Nighttime temperatures are in the lower teens and
Stellenbosch is littered with beautiful brown leaves.

from the south-east can last up to 3 days.

Spring
|

in Stellenbosch means daytime temperatures reach the upper 20's
